Training of Trainers - Rwanda Edition

Trainers learn the principles of adult education and why they are important for trainers. They learn how to create a positive and productive learning environment for training adults, plan and organize training effectively, listen actively, use good communication skills, give constructive feedback, and identify potential challenges to delivering effective training and potential solutions.

During the training trainers first experience and then practice using the following methodologies: small group activity, large group activity, small group discussion, large group discussion, brainstorm, role play, case study, reflection Journey, and demonstration.

The training is designed for three days.

Participants use the handbook during training sessions and afterwards for review.
