About Partners In Health
PIH is a US-based non-profit organization that fights social injustice by bringing the benefits of modern medical science first and foremost to the most vulnerable.
PIH focuses on those who would not otherwise have access to quality health care, supporting local governments’ efforts to build capacity and strengthen national health systems. As of today, PIH runs programs in 11 countries, where it provides direct care to millions of patients.
Recently, PIH has partnered with the state of Massachusetts to implement a statewide COVID-19 contact tracing program--the first of its kind in the United States--and is working with multiple other local governments in the US as a COVID-19 technical advisor.
