District Leadership & Partner Coordination Toolkit

The District Health Sector Coordination Toolkit was started in early 2015 by the Neno District Health Sector and Partners In Health with the aim of harmonizing partners’ and the district’s plans in order to ensure the most effective use of resources in the district.

By aligning partner support to the District Implementation Plan (DIP) and providing structured opportunities for ongoing coordination and monitoring, this toolkit facilitates allocation of funds and efforts around agreed upon gaps and priorities.
