Help Build Systems that Support Moms
Delivering excellent health care for women in resource-poor settings requires the staff, equipment, facilities, and systems that ultimately make the entire community healthier and more prosperous. Investing in women’s health is an investment in health for all.
These kits contain the supplies every new mom needs to make motherhood safer and easier:
- Baby Blankets
- Thermometers
- Sanitary Pads
- Hygiene Supplies
- Contraception
- ...and more!
And they cost just $80.
Welcome to Kay Manmito
The maternal waiting home was developed for mothers with complicated pregnancies waiting for delivery as well as mothers who have babies being cared for long-term in the neonatal intensive care unit at PIH-supported University Hospital in Mirebalais, Haiti. The Women's Alliance of Chicago sends over 540 new mother kits it year that they pack and fund.
